Course Description

Now it’s time to explore who you are on stage- and who you can be. Level 2 is where improv really opens up. You'll learn to jump into any scene, with anyone, using proven techniques from multiple styles. Think of these tools as “improv cheat codes” designed to make you faster, sharper, and way more confident. What you'll learn:: - Three signature scene styles (Los Angeles, Chicago, & London) - How to create bold original characters on the spot (think SNL-level) - Scenes with 3+ players and dynamic group formats - Dramatic, grounded improv and how to blend it into long form - Final performance in Week 6 for friends and family Class Format: Length: 6 weeks Sessions: 3 hours per week Class Size: Max 14 students (you’ll get plenty of time on your feet) Eligibility: Must be 18 years of age or older to join. It's required that you have completed Improv-LA Level 1 within the last two years, with no more than two absences.

Courses are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. • Transfers may be possible (not guaranteed) if requested by email at least 7 days before your course begins, depending on availability. A $35 fee applies. Transfers expire 30 days after being offered. One-Day transfers are available only up into 48 hours before class. • One-time mistaken registrations may be refunded within 24 hours, minus a $30 fee. • Natural disasters, local emergencies, or others beyond our control do not qualify for refunds, but transfers will be offered when possible (fee waived). • Missing or being late to 3+ classes means you’ll be removed and not pass the course. Notes are available if you miss up to 2 classes with prior notice. (This applies to repeat student as well) • Instructors may change due to professional commitments. No refunds or transfers are available for instructor changes. • Participation is voluntary and involves inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for your participation, including physical or emotional injury. • We reserve the right to remove students for inappropriate or harmful conduct, with no refund, to maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment. • Harassment, boundary-crossing, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated and may result in permanent removal. • Photos or videos may be used in Improv-LA marketing unless you opt out by emailing classes@improv-la.com with your class info. • Coupon codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively. All standard policies apply to discount purchases. • If using Afterpay, full terms of Afterpay apply. • If you are sick or test positive for COVID-19, stay home. We will provide notes.
